postage stamp "postage stamp" means any label or stamp for denoting any rate of postage fee or other sum payable in respect of a postal article, and includes adhesive postage stamps and stamps printed, embossed, impressed or otherwise indicated on any envelope, wrapper, postcard or other article, whether such postage stamp is issued under this Act or the Post Office Ordinances of Sabah and Sarawak repealed by this Act or by the government of any other country;
